Places to go in South Korea : gyeong-ju silla millenium park (경주 가볼만한곳 : 신라밀레니엄파크)

Hi guys! Today, I'm going to show you guys the one of the old city in South Korea.
Gyeongju was the capital city of Silla for 992 years.
The history of Gyeongju, once called Seorabeol, is also the history of the thousand-year-old Silla Kingdom. Gyeongju embraces Buddism, science, andvibrant ancient culture that blossmed by the aristry of the Silla people, and the great spirits of Hwarangdo that enabled the unification of the three kingdoms. Thus, Gyeongju is a UNESCO-designated city which should be preserved by the public. The evergreen spirit of Silla has been alive here for nearly a thousand years.

안녕하세요~~ 제가 이번에 경주를 당일치기로 놀러갔다왔는데
친구는 경주가 처음이었어서 더욱 더 의미있던 시간이었던거 같아요 :)

Gyeongju was the capital of the silla. So that's why they made this place I guess.
This place is for the movie or tv show. So they can film in there when they wanna make some historical drama or something.

경주가 992년동안 신라의 수도였던 만큼 역사가 있는 곳이라 경주에다가 신라밀레니엄파크를 만든것 같아요!! 각종 드라마 촬영도 많이 했더라구요.

Actually, we didn't plan to go there and I didn't even know there's that place in gyeongju lol
Anyways, we just wanted to tried to go there, so we went there!



사실 신라밀레니엄파크를 갈 생각은 없었는데 갑자기 시도해보고 싶어서 급작스럽게 간거라 정보가 되게 없었어요 ㅋㅋㅋ
밀레니엄파크 앞쪽에 있던 멋진 건물이었는데 대체 저게 뭔지는 모르겠어요!!

The entrance fee is 5,000won at the evening time. and day and afternoon time is 9,000won.
But I recommend you guys to go there at the late afternoon.(Like 16:30 or 17:00)
cause it's not really worth to pay 9,000won for that place I guess.


저희는 저녁에 들어간거라 야간 요금으로 5,000원 내고 들어갔어요! 운영하고 있는게 그렇게 많이 있지는 않아서 야간 요금 내는게 돈이 덜 아까울거 같아요 ^^;; 주중이나 주말 요금은 9,000원입니다!(야간은 5,000원) 2017.6월 기준

There were not many people. (There were no people is more correct I think lol)
So it was nice somehow but it was a bit scary that there's no one..

그래도 좋았던건 사람이 정말 없어서 여유롭게 둘러볼 수 있었던 것 같아요!
뭔가 관광지 보다는 산책길 느낌이 더 들긴 했지만요 ~~

Cheong Yong Waterfall! I think it supposed to be like speaking and moving the eyes and mouth. But it wasn't ^^;;

처용폭포!! 원래 저게 움직이면서 설명도 하는것 같은데 제가 갔을때는 안움직이더라구요...??

And.. I didn't try to take a picture when there's no people. There's just no people.

제가 사람 없는 곳만 골라서 찍은게 아니라 그냥 사람이 정말 없었어요 ㅋㅋㅋㅋ

I felt like there's some zombies comes out to me!! Maybe I really liked to watch the walking dead.

뭔가 황량한 느낌도 들어서 살짝 무서웠던 신라 밀레니엄 파크.

Since I got scared with that place. I felt all of the things are looks like scary!!
I felt like those things will be moving at night or something like that!!

왠지 저녁에 보면 무서울거 같은 작품들 ㅋㅋㅋㅋ
사실 이곳은 사람도 정말 없고, 식당이나 다른거 운영하는게 정말 없어서 정말 살짝 무서웠어요.. 뭔가 좀비가 나올것만 같은 기분이랄까요 ㅋㅋㅋ

But the set was pretty nice even they look like not to care of the places. I think it'd be better if they care that park more.

하지만 이런 세트장은 되게 이뻤어요!
이쁜데 여기도 역시 사람이 너무 없어서... 사실 이 공원이 관리가 잘 안되고 있는거 같더라구요. 관리를 잘 한다면 관람객들이 많을거 같은데..

But I liked being in there anyway. The pond was pretty and the set was pretty!
I always try to imagine when I went to the kind of the old building places. Like If I lived in the past what would I be like? Probably, I was just wearing a hanbok and sewing in the house. lol

아름다웠던 연못!!
만약 지금 이 시대에 태어나지 않고 아주 오래전 과거에서 살았더라면 어땠을까 라는 생각을 하게 되요. 이러한 장소들을 오면!
아마 저는 한복을 입고 집에서 바느질을 하거나 그래야 했겠죠?? ㅋㅋ

You can try to ride a horse in there. But we were late when we were there.
There's some events that you can try to do in there. So if you go there, you should ask them what kind of events do they have!

여기에서는 승마체험을 할 수 있는데 저희가 늦게가서 체험은 못했어요!
시간대별로 공연하는거나 체험할 수 있는 것들이 있으니까 그런것을 알고 가면 좋을듯 해요 :)

It was the best place in this park! I really liked those buildings.
It looks like chinese buildings.

저는 이곳이 가장 좋았어요!! 뭔가 정말 다른 시대에 온것만 같은 느낌!!
살짝 중국스러운 느낌이 나는 세트장인거 같아요!

We were super hungry and tired. So we decided to find some restaurants. and we actually had a pizza but I didn't take a picture cause I was so hungry. (But it was so tasty!)


저희가 너무 많이 걸었어서 배가 고파진 관계로 짧게 둘러보고 밥을 먹으러 갔어요 ㅋㅋ
밀레니엄파크 근처에있는 피자집에서 정말 매운 피자를 먹었는데 너무 배고팠어서 사진을 안찍어왔어요 ㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋ

I think, that place is good for taking pictures or knowing about how looks like the silla millenium!



사람이 너무 없었고, 관리가 잘 안되어있는게 조금 아쉬웠지만
한번쯤은 가볼만한 곳인거 같아요!
세트장쪽은 되게 이뻤거든요!

 

 

By the way, it was the silla millenium park in Gyeongju!

I think, my writing was super bad but now I'm super sleepy so I can't do better with it 😭
