Places to visit in South Korea : PajuㅣHeyri Art Valley, Paju English Village (여행지 추천 : 파주 헤이리 예술마을, 영어마을)



Hi guys! Today I'm going to take you to Paju, South Korea.
Many tourists are just visiting  Seoul but in South Korea, there's a lot of places you can visit!







Those pictures are taken by last year! I went there on my trip and it was rainy seasons in Korea.
Paju is famous city by DMZ tour. But I haven't been to DMZ tour before even I'm a Korean haha



























So I will show you guys Heyri art valley and English Village today!

By the way, those foods were for lunch at the bunsik restaurants. (Bunsik is a generic term used to refer to inexpensive Korean dishes available at snack restaurants.)

Heyri Art Valley is an artistic community in the unification hill district of Tanhyeon-myeon, Paju, Gyeonggi Province, South Korea. It was constructed by artists, writers, painters and other creatives.




























and buildings are pretty unique. Currently, there are about 40 museums, exhibitions, concert halls and bookstores, and around 30~40 more are expected to be added. Abbout 10 cafes and food courts are included in these buildings for the convenience of visitors.



























Taking a bus 2200 at exit 1 of hapjeong station(Seoul) If you wanna go to Heyri Art Valley from Seoul.
It takes about an hour.




























Second place is my favorite place in Paju. It'd be not interesting who came from using the English countries. But this place is a good place to take a lot of pics lol





























This village is for learning or practicing English but visitors also going there for just seeing buildings.






























If you enter there, they give you the passport and there's some works for immigrations!
and the person who is working in there, they will ask just some questions like the airport lol




























This place is a good place if you want feeling like you are in Western country.
Buildings are pretty. and there's not many people.



























Not many buildings you can get in. But it's just nice place to take pictures lol

Normally, Korean people likes to go somewhere looks like not Korea.
So, they are built some buildings looks like foriegn(?). You can easily find the buildings looks like Japanese buildings or something like that!

Places to go in Gyeongju, South Korea : Gyeongju Donggung Palace and Wolji Pond (경주 가볼만한 곳 : 안압지)

This place is famous at night time and it's really cool place! 안녕하세요 여러분!! 오늘은 야경으로 정말 멋진 곳중에 한곳인 경주의 한 관광지를 소개해드리려고 해요! Gyeongju Donggung Palace and Wolji Pond were the secondary palace site which was used for the palace of the Crown Prince along with other subsidiary buildings and it also was the banquet room for important national event and important visitors. After the fall of Silla, followed by Goryeo and Joseon, the site was named ‘Anapji’ instead. Later, a fragment from a pottery which the carved letter “Wolji” was found in 1980s and it revealed that Wolji contained the meaning of the pond reflecting moon. Places you should go in Gyeongju, South Korea : Jusangjeolli Cliff of Gangdong Hwaam Maeul Village (경주 가볼만한 곳 : 주상절리)

This place is in Gyeongju, South Korea. and I don't think Korean people also not really know this place. 안녕하세요 여러분 ~~ 오늘은 아마 여러분들이 모를법한 여행지를 소개해드리려고 해요! 경주에 있는 주상절리인데요! 제주도에 있는것도 유명하지만 경주에도 있답니다!! Jusangjeolli are columnar rock formations with cross sections in hexagonal or triangular shapes. The jusangjeolli at the shore of Hwaam Maeul Village were created by basalt lava that erupted in the Tertiary period of the Cenozoic Era about 20 million years ago. The columnar basalt formations were created as the lava cooled and shrank into cracks. The rocks look like wood stacked horizontally or vertically en masse. The length of the columns average around 20 meters and diagonally are about 50 centimeters at the longest cross-section.
